This page explains what information Arctic Marina collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
The site itself stores no personal data. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive what you chose to send — typically your name, your address for correspondence, and the content of your message.
Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.
We run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our notice — and deleting it simply brings the notice back.
No third party receives your details from us — not for marketing, not for "partnerships", not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.
We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to post@arctic-marina.com and we will act on it promptly after confirming it is really you asking.
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
Questions about this policy or about your data go to post@arctic-marina.com. This policy applies to the site operated by Arctic Marina.
